About The Position

Envoy Air is hiring an Airport Agent to support ramp and customer service operations and help provide safe, timely aircraft departures. The role includes guiding aircraft on the taxiway, handling baggage and cargo, operating ground equipment, and collaborating with team members. The agent may also clean aircraft interiors and service lavatories. Work takes place outdoors in variable weather and involves physical handling of items weighing up to 75 lbs. The listed pay rate is $14.08 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
Valid, unexpired, unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license, or otherwise maintain the authority and identification needed for business travel; some license restrictions may prevent consideration.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays, with rotating days off.
Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice when operationally necessary.
Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn while handling bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Willingness and ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
Enjoy working under deadlines, doing physical outdoor work, and having an interest in the airline industry.
Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and in a friendly manner.
Ability to read, write, speak fluently, and understand English.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Guide incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to help them reach or leave their gates safely and on time.
Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials.
Operate ground equipment, including tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts.
Collaborate with the internal team to support safe, on-time departures.
May clean aircraft interiors and clean and service aircraft lavatories.
