About The Position

The AI Solutions Engineer Lead Senior leads end-to-end application system development and maintenance across large, complex enterprise technology platforms. This hands-on engineering role builds AI-enabled systems and uses AI agents and coding assistants throughout the software development lifecycle, from planning and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. The role drives adoption of AI capabilities across the portfolio, establishes engineering practices, and mentors teams in scaling AI-enabled development. The position leads the development and architecture of agentic AI solutions, establishes model evaluation and continuous-improvement approaches, and applies responsible AI, privacy, and security practices. It also works with customers and stakeholders to establish business requirements, shape technical direction and architecture, and ensure systems meet reliability, scalability, testing, and delivery objectives. The role coordinates change requests, reviews designs and code, oversees system monitoring and on-call support, and contributes to enterprise solution decisions and technology strategy. This is a hybrid role requiring associates to work in-office three days per week. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the posting location unless a legally required accommodation is granted.
