The team combines AI tools, ready-to-use buyer and seller leads, daily coaching, and administrative support to help agents serve clients and grow their real estate careers. Applicants may be in real estate school, newly licensed, or have less than two years of experience.

Agents receive AI-powered lead nurturing, market analytics, and automated marketing tools, along with one-on-one coaching, weekly training, sales and wealth-building instruction, and a step-by-step system. The role involves working with buyers and sellers across DFW. The posting describes potential first-year earnings of $75,000 to $175,000 or more, with uncapped income potential.

Requirements

• Hold an active Texas real estate license or currently be taking classes to obtain one.
• Have 0–2 years of real estate experience; new agents are welcome.
• Demonstrate a strong drive to learn and lead.
• Have a strong work ethic and good daily habits.
• Have a computer, headset, and reliable internet service.
• Be excited to use AI tools and modern technology.
• Have a reliable car for travel around the DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily plans and routines and participate in coaching and weekly training.
