About The Position

HFM Realty Inc. is seeking motivated, licensed real estate agents in Orlando, Florida, to join its cloud-based brokerage. The opportunity is open to experienced and newer agents who want to build their real estate business with flexibility, technology, and broker support.

Agents earn commission, with opportunities to earn up to 90% based on performance. The virtual brokerage model supports remote work and independence, with no desk fees. HFM Realty also offers technology and marketing support, training and mentoring, broker support for transactions and day-to-day questions, and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Active Florida real estate sales associate or broker license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, with an interest in building a successful real estate business.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop client relationships.
• Assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
• Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and open houses.
• Prepare and negotiate offers and assist with transactions.
• Maintain an active client pipeline and follow up with prospective clients.
• Provide professional service throughout the real estate transaction.
