About The Position
Windermere Real Estate is seeking a motivated, people-focused Real Estate Agent to guide clients through home-buying and selling journeys as a trusted advisor. The role is part of a collaborative, supportive team focused on building genuine relationships and providing personal client experiences. Agents may work with residential and commercial properties. Applicants must be licensed real estate agents or currently enrolled in real estate school. The posting advertises a flexible work schedule, training, technology and marketing resources, and estimated commissions of $99,807 to $114,504, depending on experience (DOE).
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
- Proven sales success in real estate or a strong background in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and common CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently and collaborate effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for property visits and client meetings.
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the country.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
- Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, leases, closing statements, and other documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update property listings for accurate market representation.
- Present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Guide clients through real estate transactions and their home-buying or selling journey.
