About The Position

i-Lead Realty Group, a fast-growing real estate team in Dallas–Fort Worth affiliated with eXp Realty, is seeking new and early-career real estate agents, including career changers. The team combines AI tools, leads, administrative support, and hands-on coaching to help agents work with buyers and sellers and build their real estate careers. Applicants may be in real estate school, newly licensed, or have less than two years of experience.

Agents receive ready-to-use buyer and seller leads, an AI and technology setup, daily plans, weekly training, one-on-one coaching, and a step-by-step system. AI tools support lead nurturing, market analytics, and automated marketing. The role offers uncapped income potential, with the posting stating that agents may earn $75,000 to $175,000 or more in their first year.

Requirements

• An active Texas real estate license or current enrollment in classes to obtain one.
• Between zero and two years of real estate experience, with a strong drive to learn and lead.
• A strong work ethic and good daily habits.
• A computer, headset, and reliable internet service.
• Enthusiasm for using AI tools and modern technology.
• A reliable car for travel around the DFW area.

Responsibilities
