About The Position
i-Lead® Realty Group is hiring a Real Estate Agent / Sales Associate for its Dallas–Fort Worth team affiliated with eXp Realty. The role welcomes people currently attending real estate school, newly licensed agents, and agents with less than two years of experience. The team provides prospective buyer and seller leads, AI-enabled tools, administrative support, daily coaching, weekly training, and a step-by-step system to help agents develop their business. Compensation is uncapped, with potential first-year earnings of $75,000 to $175,000+; this is presented as earning potential, not a guaranteed salary. Agents use AI tools for lead nurturing, market analytics, and marketing, and work with local buyers and sellers across the DFW area. The position emphasizes client service, sales development, disciplined daily routines, and leadership growth. Candidates should bring a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and use modern technology, a computer, headset, reliable internet, and a reliable car for travel around the area.
Requirements
- Active Texas real estate license or currently taking classes to obtain one.
- 0–2 years of real estate experience; new agents are welcome.
- Strong drive to learn and lead.

Responsibilities
- Work with prospective buyers and sellers across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
- Use AI tools for lead nurturing, market analytics, and automated marketing.
- Meet with clients and guide local families through real estate decisions.
- Develop sales skills, communicate with clients, and work to close deals.
- Follow daily plans, routines, and the team’s step-by-step system.
- Participate in daily coaching and weekly training.
- Travel around the DFW area to see homes and meet clients.
