Requirements

Active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License
Previous experience working directly with customers or clients
Reliable transportation and access to a personal vehicle
Must live within approximately 20 minutes of our Jamaica Plain office
Comfortable using technology and learning new real estate tools and systems
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Motivated to build a successful career in residential real estate
Self-driven, professional, and client-focused
Comfortable building relationships and generating new business
Strong communicators who are responsive and organized
Eager to learn from experienced agents and grow within an established brokerage
Excited to take advantage of the tools, marketing, and support available to help grow their business

Responsibilities

Build your own individual real estate brand under Arborview, or join The Christian Iantosca Team and benefit from the recognition and track record of an established team.
Spend more time with clients by utilizing administrative and transaction coordination support.
Manage and grow your pipeline using technology and CRM tools.
Serve clients and close deals in residential real estate.
Prospect, work with buyers and sellers, price properties, negotiate deals, manage listings, and build a pipeline.
Gain exposure to other areas of the industry, including construction, renovations, condo conversions, new development, multi-family properties, rental investment, and property management.
