About The Position

SUPPLY, an independent media agency headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, is hiring an AI & Marketing Technology Specialist to discover, build, and implement technology-driven improvements across agency operations and develop new opportunities for clients. The role works directly with agency leadership and collaborates with media, strategy, analytics, and account teams. Its initial focus is on using AI, automation, integrations, and other technologies to address practical operational problems, with opportunities to prototype capabilities and experiment with emerging media technologies. The specialist will identify useful applications of technology rather than pursue innovation for its own sake. Projects may include AI-enabled workflow automation, media intelligence tools, audience analysis, creative testing, and interactive media experiences. The person will help improve data flows, reporting, dashboards, campaign tracking, measurement, and integrations, and will take projects from identifying a problem through implementation and improvement. The role also includes documenting solutions, supporting adoption, and applying sound judgment around data privacy, security, and responsible AI use. SUPPLY is open to candidates from varied educational and professional backgrounds. The position is particularly suited to someone with approximately 0–4 years of relevant professional experience, though demonstrated capability matters more than a specific number of years. Candidates should be curious, resourceful, comfortable learning unfamiliar technologies, and able to turn ideas into practical solutions while collaborating with nontechnical colleagues. The position is full-time and remote-friendly. SUPPLY particularly welcomes candidates in the Boulder/Denver area who can collaborate in person periodically, and will consider strong candidates elsewhere in Mountain Time. Annual base salary is $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Applications are accepted through December 31, 2026.
