AI & Marketing Technology Specialist

SUPPLY•Boulder, CO
•$75,000 - $100,000•Remote

About The Position

SUPPLY, an independent media agency headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, is hiring an AI & Marketing Technology Specialist to identify, build, and implement practical technology solutions that improve agency operations and create new capabilities for clients. The role works directly with agency leadership and collaborates across media, strategy, analytics, and account teams. Its initial emphasis is on improving internal operations through AI, automation, integrations, and other technologies, with opportunities to prototype emerging media technologies and develop innovative client ideas. This is a varied, hands-on role rather than a position focused on maintaining a single platform or dashboard. The specialist will investigate challenges, learn and evaluate tools, build prototypes and working solutions, and help promising ideas become lasting capabilities. Work may include automating workflows, connecting data and systems, improving reporting and measurement, developing audience intelligence or creative testing capabilities, and prototyping interactive media experiences. The role requires attention to data privacy, security, and responsible AI use, as well as clear communication, documentation, collaboration, and ownership from initial idea through implementation and improvement. SUPPLY is remote-friendly and especially welcomes candidates in the Boulder/Denver area who can collaborate in person periodically. Candidates elsewhere in Mountain Time are also considered. The stated annual base salary is $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
