About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in AI Infrastructure. You will own, build, and run your own company, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. EWOR offers either a salary while you build your startup as a direct employee or the option to receive up to €500k in funding.

The program includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, hiring support through a network of over 50,000 professionals, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, and marketing. You will also receive a customised personal development programme and intensive coaching to prepare your startup to raise millions in funding. EWOR states that fellows raise over €2M on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in AI Infrastructure.
• Undertake a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support from EWOR's network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
