About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. Successful candidates will own, build, and run their startup and take full responsibility for growing it to €100M+ in revenue. They will follow a customized personal-development program created by unicorn founders, receive weekly one-to-one sparring, and get support with recruiting, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. The role offers either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup, potentially in AI.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a customized personal-development program focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Use EWOR’s network and guidance to hire talent and apply startup best practices.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine, as appropriate.
