About The Position

This opportunity is for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startup, potentially in AI. You will own, build, and run your startup, taking full responsibility for its development and aiming to scale it to €100M+ in revenue. The program offers employment and a salary while you build your startup, or alternatively up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising.

You will take part in a customised personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, with a focus on goal, time, and energy management. Intensive coaching will help prepare your startup to raise millions in funding. Fellows receive support to secure a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; the description states that EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
