About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to build and run their own startup, potentially in AI, with support from serial entrepreneurs and founders. You will take full responsibility for developing and scaling the venture, with the stated ambition of reaching €100M+ in revenue.

The company offers either a salary while you build your startup as a direct employee, or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, help recruiting through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising. The programme includes customised personal development focused on goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions. The company says fellows raise more than €2 million on average after its Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
