About The Position

Payward is building an AI-native growth platform for Kraken, where agents identify opportunities and execute across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, while human operators set rules, review and approve outputs, and handle exceptions. The platform serves multiple markets and languages and includes compliance checks and approval steps for the regulated industry. The AI Growth Ops role owns day-to-day operations and quality assurance for the internal growth platform. The person in this hands-on, detail-focused role tests new and existing functionality, catches and documents problems, keeps approval and exception queues moving, monitors platform and agent performance, and reports findings. They work closely with product, engineering, and platform operators to keep the system reliable and continuously improve it.
