About The Position

The AI Engineer & Copilot Specialist will design and deploy specialized Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, build agentic workflows, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions grounded in SharePoint. The role also involves creating complex Power Automate cloud flows, robust exception-handling and fallback strategies, and reusable prompt frameworks designed to support accurate, deterministic behavior. The specialist will integrate Copilots with Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party REST APIs; develop custom connectors; and align solutions with enterprise data protection policies. The role includes configuring Entra ID access controls and data boundaries, as well as facilitating practical workshops to encourage company-wide AI adoption. The position is hybrid in Washington, DC, with two to three onsite days per week from day one. The stated duration is six months, described as long term.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Proven experience with Azure OpenAI Service and prompt optimization.
Deep understanding of semantic search architectures and RAG frameworks.
Expert knowledge of REST APIs and JSON data structures.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy specialized Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Configure custom topics, autonomous orchestration flows, and response guardrails.
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions grounded in SharePoint.
Create complex Power Automate cloud flows to act as tool repositories.
Implement exception handling and fallback strategies for enterprise-grade agents.
Develop reusable prompt frameworks to support accurate, deterministic behavior.
Integrate Copilots with Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party REST APIs.
Develop custom connectors to link enterprise ecosystems.
Align solutions with enterprise data protection policies.
Configure Entra ID access controls and data boundaries.
Facilitate practical workshops to support company-wide AI adoption.
