About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. EWOR offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee or the option to receive up to €500k in funding.

The founder will receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with team building through a network of over 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides help with product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to secure a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months. Fellows follow a customised personal-development programme designed by unicorn founders, alongside intensive coaching and advice from serial entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
