About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. Candidates may be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating, and must communicate excellently in English.

The founder will take part in a customised development programme crafted by unicorn founders, with a focus on goal, time, and energy management. EWOR offers weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. The programme also includes advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs, intensive coaching to prepare the startup for raising millions in funding, and help iterating the product toward product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine.

The role offers either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also supports founders in securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; it reports that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements
