About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as AI Infrastructure. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup, taking full responsibility for its growth and aiming to scale it to €100M+ in revenue.

The role includes a customized personal-development programme crafted by unicorn founders, weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, and access to a community of founders, peers, and investors. EWOR offers support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, product iteration toward product-market fit, sales-force or marketing-engine development, and preparation for raising a multi-million-euro funding round. Candidates may receive a salary while building their startup or opt for up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a customized personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with support from EWOR’s professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine, with EWOR’s support.
