About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as AI Infrastructure. The selected entrepreneur will own, build, and run their startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. They may receive a salary while building the startup through direct employment by EWOR, or alternatively opt for up to €500k in funding.

Support includes weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders; access to a community of founders, peers, and investors; help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals; guidance on reaching product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine; and intensive coaching to prepare for raising millions in funding. Fellows also follow a fully customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. The company states that EWOR Fellows raise an average of more than €2M after the Grand Pitch, and that one fellow secured a €12M pre-seed investment.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
