About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as AI Infrastructure. The selected candidate will own, build, and run their startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a fully customised personal development programme created by unicorn founders, focused on goal, time, and energy management.

EWOR offers either a salary while the founder builds their startup through direct employment or the option of up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, help hiring talent through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on reaching product-market fit and building sales and marketing capabilities. The programme also includes intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding, with support for securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
