About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in areas such as AI Infrastructure. The Co-Founder / CEO will own, build, and run their startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a customized personal development program designed by unicorn founders, weekly 1:1 sparring, access to a founder and investor community, and support with recruiting, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising.

The opportunity offers either a salary while building the startup through direct employment or the option of up to €500k in funding. EWOR also provides intensive coaching to prepare startups to raise multi-million-euro funding rounds. The job is described as 100% remote, and candidates should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as AI Infrastructure.
• Undertake a customized personal development program focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support from EWOR’s network of more than 50,000 professionals.
• Iterate the product with EWOR until achieving product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
