About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in areas such as AI infrastructure. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a customized personal development program, weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, and support with hiring, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising.

The founder may receive a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or choose up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also provides intensive coaching and funding support aimed at helping founders secure a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months. The description notes that EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
