About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including ventures in fields such as AI. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a customised personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, weekly one-to-one sparring, and support with hiring, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and preparing to raise funding.

The founder may receive a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee, or opt for up to €500k in funding. EWOR also offers access to a founder, peer, and investor community; hiring support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals; and funding support aimed at securing a multi-million-euro round within 12 months. The job posting notes that EWOR Fellows raise more than €2M on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
