About The Position

The Agile Project Manager guides and coaches Agile teams in Product Research & Development to deliver high-quality, business-critical products under the direction of the PMO. The role establishes and maintains a fit-for-purpose Agile practice for technology-based product work, including website and application development, configurations, customizations, integrations, and feature enhancements. It standardizes ceremonies, roles, artifacts, cadences, and terminology across cross-functional hybrid teams, and tracks practice adoption, team health, and maturity measures. The position serves as a hands-on Scrum Master for one or more hybrid teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and improving delivery predictability through capacity and velocity practices, clear readiness and completion criteria, and retrospective actions. The Agile Project Manager coaches and trains Product Managers, team leads, stakeholders, and junior team members; supports onboarding and continuous learning; and drives organizational adoption and change management. The role also facilitates cross-team planning, advises leadership on team structure and capacity planning, adapts Agile delivery to third-party software release and contractual constraints, and governs Agile tools and dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into progress, backlog health, and delivery trends.
