Agile Product Owner
About The Position
Join a high-visibility product team delivering Dynamic Fulfillment solutions for leading retail organizations. As a key liaison between clients and cross-functional teams, the Agile Product Owner partners with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Delivery to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, API integrations, and successful client implementations. The role offers the opportunity to influence product evolution, optimize customer outcomes, and support seamless delivery of business-critical solutions in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. The position owns and prioritizes the product backlog, roadmap delivery, and implementation activities; leads client-facing discussions; coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and vendors; supports urgent production issues; guides API integrations; and translates business and client needs into actionable requirements. The role also promotes the adoption of approved AI-enabled tools to improve delivery efficiency and decision-making. Collaboration is expected during Eastern Time business hours, with travel of up to 10% annually. The role is remote, as indicated by the remote listing tag.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Agile Product Ownership, Implementation Management, Service Delivery, or related roles.
- Strong client stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrix organization.
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and implementation planning.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and perform under aggressive timelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and accountability mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Agile, Product Owner, or Product Management certifications.
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, retail technology, insurance technology, or digital platforms.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar backlog management platforms.
- Experience supporting client implementations and managing escalations.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve product delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, roadmap delivery, and implementation activities.
- Lead client-facing discussions, manage expectations, and drive successful delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate with engineering, account management, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support urgent production issues and ensure timely resolution of client-impacting concerns.
- Guide API integration planning and execution for new and existing clients.
- Translate business and client needs into user stories, requirements, and actionable priorities.
- Influence prioritization decisions using business value, contractual commitments, and customer impact.
- Drive adoption of approved AI-enabled tools to improve delivery efficiency and decision-making.
