Under minimal supervision, the Agile Product Owner maximizes the value produced by the agile team and ensures stories meet user needs and comply with the Definition of Done. The Product Owner is responsible for Program Increment planning, iteration and program execution, participation in inspect-and-adapt events, and serving as content authority for the team’s backlog. The role involves significant collaboration beyond the agile team, including with Product Management, customers, business owners, and other stakeholders. The role collaborates with agile teams to set and meet objectives for each 10-week Program Increment, communicates feature vision and goals, and participates in agile ceremonies. The Product Owner documents stories and acceptance criteria, guides the end-state product experience, coordinates cross-functional teams around business objectives, and manages backlog prioritization. The role also communicates progress to business and operational leadership, provides guidance and training to less experienced Product Owners, and participates in applicable safety initiatives and requirements. This is a full-time, day-shift position scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The primary location is Priority Health, 1239 E Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids. Corewell Health describes its benefits as a comprehensive package intended to support financial, health, and work/life balance goals; eligibility depends on employment type and status.
