About The Position

The Product Manager, Principal, Agile Lead is the neutral execution and Agile leader for the Member Engagement Model (MEM) Pod. The MEM team enables personalized member experiences by connecting business priorities, product strategy, data, platforms, technology, experience design, content, and analytics. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this senior leader drives coordinated execution across MEM’s business, product, platform, IT, and functional teams; establishes consistent Agile practices; manages dependencies and impediments; and provides end-to-end use-case transparency. The role also champions innovative ways of working, including AI-enabled tools and automation, to improve efficiency, collaboration, and delivery. The position leads Agile planning and execution, coaches pod participants, removes impediments, coordinates dependencies, and surfaces risks with options and recommendations. It serves as lead Scrum Master and Agile operations practitioner for the MEM Super Pod and work-phase pods, while building durable internal capability through playbooks, governance practices, templates, lessons learned, and a scalable operating model. The role leads and mentors product and operations professionals and communicates delivery health, risks, dependencies, impediments, decisions, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders. The role is hybrid. Most teams are expected to work in the office two days each week. Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need. The physical setting is an office and work-from-home office/deskwork environment; activity is sedentary for most of the workday.
