About The Position

LendingTree is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join its Engineering Operations team. The role works closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to keep delivery on track and help teams continuously improve. It combines Agile and Scrum leadership, project management, and systems thinking, balancing execution structure with the flexibility of Agile work. The Agile Project Manager will lead multiple teams through planning and delivery, share insights on team performance, and help shape how the organization scales effectively. This position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and requires attendance at the Southend office three days per week.

Requirements

At least 3 years managing software development projects in an Agile environment.
Proven experience leading web-based application projects or platform initiatives.
Strong familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and measuring team performance.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences.
Organized and adaptable, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Analytical thinker with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
Collaborative and composed in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery practices for assigned teams, using Scrum or Kanban.
Partner with Product and Engineering to plan, prioritize, and track work through delivery.
Identify and remove impediments that slow teams down.
Build and share metrics that provide visibility into progress, throughput, and outcomes.
Coach teams on Agile principles to improve flow, predictability, and collaboration.
Foster clear communication and alignment across Engineering and other functions.
