About The Position

Crisis24 – Private Strategic Group (PSG) is hiring a part-time Agent to provide executive and residential protection in New York. The role delivers discreet, professional protection for high-profile clients, executives, staff, and guests, helping them operate safely in corporate and field environments. Agents may work in a hybrid capacity across Executive Protection (EP) and/or Residential Security Team (RST) assignments.

The Agent provides close protection, conducts advance work, and secures transportation. The role also includes monitoring physical security systems and surveillance, enforcing access-control protocols, conducting security sweeps, responding to threats and emergencies, coordinating with visiting security teams and internal stakeholders, and preparing timely incident reports. Successful candidates must meet specified licensing, training, experience, readiness, and evaluation requirements, and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background investigation and random drug screenings.

Requirements

• Valid New York Guard Card and New York Concealed Carry License (CCL).
• U.S. passport and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of an Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy accepted by the employer.
• Successful completion of a Physical Readiness Test (PRT) and Meet-and-Greet evaluation.
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background investigation and random drug screenings.
• At least 3 years of experience in Executive Protection, ERT, and/or RST roles.
• Advanced protective and defensive driving skills.
• Strong situational awareness and threat-assessment capabilities.
• Discreet, professional, and client-focused demeanor.
• Familiarity with local geography and alternate-route planning.

Nice To Haves

• Prior military, law enforcement, or emergency-response experience.
• Evasive-driver training, security-driver training, or similar training.
• Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response.
• LEOSA/HR 218 qualification or a multi-state CCW permit.
• CPR certification or EMT license.
• Familiarity with corporate and residential security technologies and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives, staff, and guests while maintaining high customer-service standards.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to security threats, including active-shooter scenarios and other emergencies.
• Conduct advance work, secure transportation, and provide close-protection coverage in corporate and field environments.
• Monitor and inspect locks, cameras, access-control systems, and other physical security infrastructure.
• Enforce access-control policies and protocols professionally and discreetly.
• Conduct regular security sweeps and monitor surveillance systems to detect and deter threats.
• Coordinate with visiting security teams, facilities management, and internal stakeholders to support protective operations.
• Prepare timely, detailed incident reports and maintain clear communication with leadership.
• Work across Executive Protection (EP) and/or Residential Security Team (RST) assignments.
