About The Position

The Agent Resales is the primary point of contact for owners and guests of the Plantation Beach Club at Indian River resort. The role guides clients through vacation ownership options and resale transactions while creating memorable experiences. It combines sales expertise with hospitality and requires organization, self-motivation, and a passion for helping clients build and enjoy their vacation portfolios.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in vacation ownership, real estate, or hospitality sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to host and manage events for groups of guests.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
Valid Florida Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

Assist owners and prospective guests with vacation ownership resales and upgrades.
Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to potential buyers.
Host weekly social events and parties for the resort community.
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and legal teams to support smooth transaction processing.
Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' vacation preferences and usage patterns.
Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Track market trends and competitor offerings to inform resale strategies.
Prepare and deliver presentations and sales materials for events and private showings.
Achieve monthly resale targets while upholding Hilton Resorts' service standards.
