Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to succeed in a sales environment
- Organized, independent, and good with time management
- Sales or customer service experience is required
- Willing to obtain (or already have) appropriate insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and manage your sales pipeline through networking and outreach
- Help clients find the best insurance solutions to fit their needs
- Build strong, trust-based relationships and provide ongoing client support
- Work to achieve and exceed sales goals for both new business and retention
- Use agency technology to track your activities and manage leads
- Stay informed about new products and market trends from Farmers Insurance
