About The Position

Join the Kyle Campbell Agency and take the first step toward agency ownership as an Agent Producer. This position is more than an entry-level sales role; it’s a launching pad for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to gain hands-on experience, receive personalized mentorship, and access top-tier training through the award-winning University of Farmers. As you grow, you’ll develop the skills and confidence needed to eventually own and operate your own Farmers Insurance agency. As an Agent Producer, you will work closely with an established agency owner, learning the fundamentals of running a successful insurance business. Our comprehensive training covers every aspect of sales, client service, agency operations, and leadership, ensuring you are well-prepared for the responsibilities of future agency ownership. You will help clients protect what matters most by offering coverage across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty lines. Along the way, you’ll build expertise, confidence, and your own client base—positioning you to eventually operate your own agency. This is a supportive, structured career path that paves the way to agency ownership with Farmers Insurance.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire for business ownership
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
  • Willingness to obtain (or currently hold) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
