Requirements
- Outgoing, persuasive personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to obtain and maintain a Michigan insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty).

Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by prospecting, networking, and tapping into community contacts to generate leads and fill your sales pipeline.
- Present and educate clients on our full suite of insurance products (auto, home, life, business, specialty) using consultative sales techniques.
- Assess client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions that provide real value and protection.
- Manage the full sales cycle: identify prospects, consult, present solutions, and close deals to grow your book of business.
- Foster lasting relationships and generate referrals through outstanding customer service.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on market trends and product enhancements to remain competitive.
