Requirements

  • Previous sales experience or a proven track record of meeting goals is required.
  • Only those who meet these requirements will be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying and contacting prospects, and converting leads into policies
  • Consult with clients to determine insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships with ongoing support and periodic policy reviews
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to overall agency growth
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and compliance requirements
  • Use CRM software to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to effective sales strategies
