Requirements
- Previous sales experience or a proven track record of meeting goals is required.
- Only those who meet these requirements will be considered.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying and contacting prospects, and converting leads into policies
- Consult with clients to determine insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Sell and cross-sell insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships with ongoing support and periodic policy reviews
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to overall agency growth
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and compliance requirements
- Use CRM software to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to effective sales strategies
