Requirements
- Prior sales experience or a proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and closing business
- Openness to coaching and eagerness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual abilities
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by prospecting, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Sell and cross-sell various insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
- Exceed individual sales targets to contribute to agency growth
- Stay current on product knowledge and compliance standards
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
- Participate in team meetings and strategic sales discussions
