About The Position
The Nick Myers Agency at Farmers Insurance is hiring an Agent in Training in Portage, Michigan. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Work warm and hot leads from inbound calls, Farmers leads, purchased leads, referrals, and the agency’s existing book of business.
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.
- Connect with customers, follow up with prospects, and build lasting relationships.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers and generate referrals.
- Network within the community to develop new business opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
- Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to agency growth.
