Requirements
- Previous sales experience with a record of achieving or surpassing targets
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (not required)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend tailored insurance plans
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Deliver outstanding customer service and nurture long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and service goals
- Stay updated on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
