Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience

  • Hungry to learn, highly coachable, and relentlessly goal-driven
  • Organized executor, capable of managing a robust pipeline
  • Holds or is willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses

  • Regularly prospect, connect with, and convert leads for new and repeat business

  • Build retention through relationship management, upselling, and regular policy reviews
  • Routinely crush individual sales targets and elevate agency growth
  • Stay sharp on product strategy and industry standards
  • Rigorously use CRM tools for pipeline management, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Engage in team sales competitions and contribute to bold growth initiatives
