Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing positions
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence with outbound calls , digital communication, and face-to-face interactions
  • A results-driven attitude and commitment to ongoing development
  • Ability to quickly learn insurance products, systems, and compliance requirements
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life license (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients via outbound calling, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
  • Achieve monthly production goals by selling and cross-selling products
  • Follow up on open quotes and leads provided by the agency
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships
  • Leverage CRM tools to stay organized and ensure accurate records
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and agency growth initiatives
