About The Position

The Agency Onboarding Specialist guides new agencies through onboarding so they are prepared to submit high-quality, approved requests that connect children and families to meaningful support. The role focuses on efficient, high-quality activation, helping agencies learn to use the CarePortal platform and clearly communicate needs so care can be provided in a timely and meaningful way. The role provides supportive, relational guidance during onboarding but is not responsible for ongoing engagement. After an agency’s first approved submission, the specialist transitions it to the Engagement team. Performance is assessed with network health metrics, scorecards, and KPIs, as well as across the role’s responsibilities. The role also supports ecosystem balance through participation in Network Leader-facilitated strategy meetings to discuss and address issues and opportunities. CarePortal describes itself as Care-Sharing technology that mobilizes local churches and community partners to support children and families in crisis. Employees are expected to work consistently with the organization’s vision, mission, and values of Courage, Humility, and Excellence. CarePortal, LLC is a subsidiary of The Global Orphan Project.
