About The Position

The Onboarding Specialist joins the Onsite Services team and serves as a welcoming point of contact for candidates and clients. The role administers DOT and Non-DOT drug screenings and LiveScan fingerprint collections, manages confidential information, and supports operational success. It calls for high integrity and professionalism, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position is onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional travel within North Carolina is required, with mileage reimbursed. Pay is $17–$20 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain certification for DOT/Non-DOT drug collections.
• North Carolina residency and reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in background investigations or fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front-line customer service to applicants and clients.
• Administer and manage drug screening processes in accordance with industry regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and comply with safety and privacy standards.
• Manage call communications using Aircall.
• Schedule applicants and track them through internal systems.
• Travel occasionally within North Carolina.
