The Agency Onboarding Specialist guides new agencies through onboarding so they are prepared to submit high-quality, approved requests that connect children and families to meaningful support. The role focuses on efficient, high-quality activation: helping agencies use the platform and clearly communicate needs so that support can be provided in a timely and meaningful way. The specialist provides supportive, relational guidance during onboarding but is not responsible for ongoing engagement. Success is defined by agencies’ accuracy, confidence, and readiness at first submission, allowing for a clean transition to the Engagement team. Network health metrics, scorecards, and KPIs are used to help gauge performance, alongside the responsibilities listed in the posting. CarePortal is a care-sharing technology platform that mobilizes local churches and communities to support children and families in crisis. The Agency Onboarding Specialist works in collaboration with child-serving organizations and supports CarePortal’s mission and values of Courage, Humility, and Excellence. The position is with CarePortal, LLC, a subsidiary of The Global Orphan Project. The posting describes competitive compensation commensurate with relevant skills and experience and a competitive benefits package for full-time positions of 30 or more hours per week.
