About The Position

Brown & Brown is seeking an Agency Bill Invoicing Analyst for its Daytona Beach, Florida office. The role monitors and records invoicing activity in accordance with established company practices and timelines. The analyst reviews insurance documents, processes agency bill transactions, provides invoices to account managers, and ensures transaction support is accurately processed and filed in ImageRight. The position also works with service team members to resolve transaction errors and builds productive relationships with office staff to support efficient practices. The analyst is expected to contribute to teamwork and knowledge sharing and participate in training and continuing education to stay current on industry information, products, legislation, coverages, and technology.

Requirements

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, and Excel.
1–3 years of office experience.
Working knowledge of financial accounting.
Working knowledge of contracts.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in accounting or a related field.
Insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities

Review insurance documents to ensure agency bill transactions are entered accurately.
Process agency bill transactions and provide invoices to account managers in a timely manner.
Ensure transaction support is processed and filed accurately and promptly in ImageRight.
Collaborate with service team members to resolve transaction errors.
Build courteous, successful relationships with office staff to maintain efficient practices.
Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing, and a positive attitude in the department and office.
Participate in training and continuing education to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology.
