The Aftermarket Business Manager leads JCB’s aftermarket growth strategy across the Midwest territory by developing parts and service sales, promoting existing offerings, and identifying new products that meet market demand. The role works closely with dealers and JCB colleagues to improve dealer profitability, strengthen aftermarket operations, and grow parts and attachment sales. It covers North and South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, and Missouri, and is remote with 70% travel across the assigned territory. The position is full-time and exempt. Work takes place in both an office environment and occasionally a manufacturing or factory environment, where the employee may be exposed to noise and temperature changes. Physical activities include remaining stationary, using hands, reaching, talking and hearing; occasional standing and walking; and frequently moving or transporting up to 10 pounds. JCB is a privately owned manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment with more than 80 years of innovation and 23 manufacturing facilities across four continents. JCB describes its focus as long-term innovation, customer value, product quality, and equipment designed to perform in demanding environments.
