About The Position

The After School Teacher supports daily school operations and creates a positive, structured environment for students outside regular instructional hours. The role supervises indoor and outdoor play, leads activities, assists with snacks, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment where students can learn, play, and build relationships. The teacher plans and facilitates after-school activities, collaborates with school teams, and ensures students are safely supervised and cared for during before- and after-school program hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Dependable, positive, and committed to supporting student well-being.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.

• Prior experience working with children.
