After School Teacher
About The Position
After-school teachers oversee students ages 3–10 during after-school hours in a fun, hands-on, organized environment. They help implement the classroom’s daily curriculum and support children’s personal care, hygiene, learning activities, specialized programs, and positive guidance. Teachers maintain clean and safe classrooms and play areas and inform parents about their children’s behavior. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30–6:30 p.m.; weekend work is available if desired. The employer is willing to train, and the role may work well with a college class schedule. Supervisory roles are attainable.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must love working and playing with children.
Responsibilities
