About The Position

The After School Teacher's Aide helps create a fun, safe, and positive environment for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. The role assists with daily routines and activities, builds positive relationships with students and their families, and helps with light cleaning and organizing. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 6 PM. Additional hours and substitute opportunities are often available. Required health and safety training, including CPR and First Aid certification, is provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Be a reliable team player with an exceptional work ethic.
• Have experience working with children.
• Have strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be willing to undergo a background check and TB test.
• Complete all required health and safety training.
