About The Position
AlphaBEST is hiring a part-time After School Program Leader serving elementary schools in the Portola Valley area. The role is centered on creating an engaging, welcoming environment where students can explore, learn, and develop a sense of belonging. Program Leaders guide students through activities in fitness, the arts, technology, and other areas, while encouraging creativity and curiosity. They also collaborate with peers and foster positive relationships with students and parents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM. A $250 hiring bonus is offered, and the listed pay is $24.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
Responsibilities
