After School Group Leader / Early Learning Education Professional
About The Position
AlphaBEST Education is hiring a part-time Group Leader for its after-school program serving Lake Dallas ISD in Lake Dallas, Texas. The program provides extended-day and enrichment activities that help students learn and grow in a fun, safe environment. The Group Leader leads students through daily curriculum activities, prioritizes child safety, maintains an organized space, and supports an inclusive environment. The role also involves building positive relationships with teammates, children, families, and school staff. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with no weekends. The position pays $15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Must successfully complete a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency.
